Whole-Home System (every tap):

  • Chlorine & chloramine

  • Hardness minerals (calcium & magnesium) that cause spots & scale
  • Bad taste & odor

+ 7-Stage RO (kitchen drinking water, included with Installed):

  • Total dissolved solids (TDS), with a 95–99% membrane rejection rate*
  • Heavy metals like arsenic & chromium-6
  • PFAS “forever chemicals”
  • Radium, nitrate & fluoride
  • Leftover taste & odor (dual carbon post-filters)
  • Adds healthy minerals back in for better-tasting water (alkaline stage)

*Per manufacturer membrane specs.

How Installation Works

  1. Locate your main shut-off. Usually outside near the front of the house or in the garage.
  2. Pick the best spot. Close to the main line, a drain for the backwash line, and an outlet for the valve.
  3. Install & connect. Installed on your main line with a bypass valve, so you can shut it off anytime without losing water.
  4. Program & test. Set to your home’s usage, run a regeneration cycle, and check for leaks.
  5. Walkthrough. How to add salt, use the bypass, and read the display.

Two Problems. One System.

City water in Broward is treated with chlorine, chloramine, and runs hard. Catalytic carbon pulls out the chlorine/chloramine before it hits your skin, and the softening resin removes the minerals that leave spots and scale.

Every tap, every shower, the whole house protected.

Built for Broward Homeowners who...

  • Are tired of scrubbing spots off glass and fixtures
  • Experience skin & scalp irritation after showering
  • Want to limit the amount of contaminants their family is exposed to

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this system right for my home?

It’s built for homes with up to 5 bathrooms on city water.

If hard water is a main concern for you, this is the best system to solve that.

Not sure? Call/text us at 954-738-4422 and we’ll recommend the best system for you.

What’s the difference between System Only and Installed?

System Only ($2,300): The full system delivered to your door. You or your plumber install it, using our spec sheet, video guide, and vetted installer list.

Installed ($3,350): Our team handles the full install, and you get our 7-stage tankless RO drinking water system free.

How does delivery work?

In-stock systems are delivered free within 24 hours anywhere in Broward County.

Out of stock? Pre-order, and you’ll get a delivery date at checkout.

We will reach out by text and call immediately after checkout to confirm your delivery date.

What does the warranty cover?

  • Whole-home system: Lifetime warranty on the tanks and parts
  • Filter media (catalytic carbon & resin): 5-year warranty
  • RO system:
1-year warranty, extended for life with an active filter subscription.
  • Labor: 1-year warranty when we install. Third-party installations aren’t covered for labor.

If a covered part fails, we handle the replacement seamlessly.

Call or text us at 954-738-4422 or email info@browardwatersystems.com to submit a claim.

Can I install it myself?

Yes, if you’re comfortable with basic plumbing. You’ll need access to your main water line, a nearby drain, and a standard outlet.

Most homeowners hire a plumber, and we give them everything they need: spec sheet, video guide, and a direct line to us for questions. We can also come out during installation to show you or your plumber how to program the system.

Don't want the headache of installation? We have master plumbers ready to help.

What’s your return policy?

Unopened systems can be returned within 7 days of delivery, minus a $300 restocking fee. Once a system is connected to plumbing, it can’t be returned.

What maintenance does it need?

Very little - you only have to add softener salt in the brine tank, topping it off about every 4–8 weeks. This can be purchased from home depot.

We recommend the brand "Diamond Crystal"

Or we offer a every 6-week salt refill and system check in for $75/visit.

The system regenerates itself automatically, and a 72-hour memory backup keeps your settings through power outages.

Why do you use catalytic carbon?

Most Broward cities disinfect tap water with chloramine, a mix of chlorine and ammonia that standard carbon struggles to remove. Catalytic carbon is built to break down both chlorine and chloramine.

Many Broward utilities switch between the two throughout the year, so your water stays consistent no matter what.

What results can I expect?

Most customers notice softer, better-smelling water in their first shower. Over the next few weeks, you’ll see fewer spots on glass and fixtures, better soap lather, and softer skin and hair. Existing scale buildup needs one deep clean, and after that it’s much easier to keep spotless.

Can I pay over time?

Yes. Choose Shop Pay installments at checkout to split your purchase into monthly payments.

Is the system certified?

Yes. The key components are NSF-certified for drinking water safety. That includes the media tank, control valve, catalytic carbon, and filter gravel, each certified to NSF/ANSI standards for drinking water system components and water softeners. NSF is the independent organization that tests and certifies products for drinking water safety.

See NSF Certifications

How do I maintain the RO system?

Just change the filters once a year. That’s it. Replacement filters are $185, which includes free delivery with simple DIY instructions, or we’ll come swap them for you at no extra charge. Your choice.

Bonus: Stay on our annual filter subscription, and your RO warranty is extended for the lifetime of the system.

How long does the whole home system last?

The catalytic carbon inside the tank lasts about 7-8 years and softening resin last about 10 years.

At that point - we would replace the entire system for a discounted price.
