We don’t ship outside South Florida at this time.

How Delivery Works

  1. Order online. You’ll get an order confirmation by email.
  2. We confirm your delivery time. We’ll call or text to schedule a time that works for you, usually the same day you order.
  3. We bring it to you. Your system is hand-delivered and placed where you want it: garage, side of the house, or near your main water line.
  4. Inspect it with us. Check everything at delivery. If anything’s damaged, we replace it at no cost.

Someone 18 or older needs to be home to receive the delivery. Systems weigh over 100 lbs, so we don’t leave them at the door.

In-Stock vs. Pre-Order

  • In stock: Delivered within 24 hours of your order in Broward County. Order in the morning, and you may get it the same day.
  • Pre-order: If a system is out of stock, you can still order it. We’ll give you an estimated delivery date at checkout and keep you updated by text.

Installed Orders

If you chose Installed, we deliver and install on the same visit whenever possible. We’ll call or text to schedule your installation date. Most installs take 4-6 hours.

Replacement Filters & Parts

RO replacement filters and parts ship directly to your door at no extra charge.
